Passing on the savings

When purchasing a property on behalf of our clients, we negotiate the best deal possible and pass the savings onto our clients. Last night we purchased a townhouse in Stoney Creek and negotiated $4500 off the asking price, most companies would have pocketed this extra windfall as profit, but we passed along the full savings to our client.

Now we get to tell another happy customer that we not only got them the home they wanted, but at a price lower then they expected to pay. Just another example of how we are creating win-win situations for families all around Hamilton.
